The short version: Use AMI for good. Pay for what you use. We'll do our best to help you. Be a good human.
Agreement
By using AMI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use AMI. Simple as that.
What AMI Is
AMI is a personal AI assistant that helps you manage your life - emails, tasks, reminders, and more. AMI connects to your tools (with your permission) to provide personalized help.
Your Account
To use AMI, you need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account secure
- Not share your account with others
- Be responsible for activity on your account
How Credits Work
AMI uses a credit system for usage:
- Purchase: Buy credits via Stripe
- Usage: Credits are deducted as you use AMI
- No expiration: Unused credits don't expire
- Non-refundable: Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Transparency: We'll always tell you how many credits something costs before doing it
We'll warn you when credits are running low. You can set up auto-reload if you want.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AMI only for lawful purposes. Don't use AMI to:
- Break any laws
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Send spam or malicious content
- Attempt to hack or exploit the service
- Impersonate others
- Use for any illegal or harmful activities
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
What AMI Can and Can't Do
AMI can:
- Read and help manage your connected tools
- Draft emails, messages, and documents
- Set reminders and track tasks
- Answer questions based on your context
AMI cannot:
- Take actions without your approval (for important things)
- Access tools you haven't connected
- Make legal, medical, or financial decisions for you
- Guarantee 100% accuracy (we're AI, not perfect)
Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Keep AMI available and working
- Protect your data and privacy
- Be transparent about how AMI works
- Continuously improve the service
- Respond to your questions and concerns
Limitations
AMI is provided "as is." We do our best, but:
- We don't guarantee 100% uptime
- AI can make mistakes
- We're not liable for decisions you make based on AMI's suggestions
- Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime:
- Just tell AMI or contact us
- Export your data before canceling if you want it
- We'll delete your data within 30 days
- Unused credits are forfeited (sorry, but it's the deal)
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
Disputes
If we have a disagreement, let's try to work it out directly first. Email us at support@amiallday.ai and we'll do our best to resolve it.
